BBP is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual to join our accounting team. As a strategic member of highly collaborative organization, the accounts payable specialist will be responsible for processing all incoming vendor bills and expense reports, coordinating outgoing payments, while driving process improvements in the accounting department.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:

 

  • Entering all incoming vendor bills into FreeForm and ensuring the product has been received
  • Review, process, and approve expense reports from outside sales team in Concur
  • Collect receipts to reconcile and process credit card statement in Concur for multiple credit cards
  • Coordinate weekly payments to vendors and monthly payments for expense reports
  • Develop process improvements by creating and implementing necessary changes
  • Work with inside sales teams to correct price discrepancies
  • Work with team lead by providing insight and developing solutions to improve job functions throughout accounting team

 

Education

 

Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate accounting discipline or business from a four-year accredited college or university.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1-year experience in a related field preferred
  • Superior Microsoft excel skills
  • Experience with Concur a plus

Primary Responsibility

 

Work with product manager for the Process Automation Team to develop solutions for customers while maintaining a safe work environment, providing quality products with a best in class delivery.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

 

Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:

 

  • Develop solution-based control systems and present the solution to customer
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays and unexpected costs
  • Responsible for project success whether project leader or as part of a project team
  • Support sales team in pre-sales technical concepts
  • Interpret customer requirements, address design and engineering parameters, and ensure
    solutions are implemented accurately and within budget

  • Identify and scope out capital projects, expansions, retrofits, etc.
  • Update and communicate specific sales action plans to ensure success with all product lines
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within established territory
  • Proactively communicate opportunities across outside sales channel and with manufacturers
  • Develop technical knowledge to be resource for customer base
  • Specify/recommend products to meet customer applications

BBP is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual to join our operations team in automating valves and controls.  The Assembly Technician will perform routine maintenance, installation and integration of various types of equipment.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:

 

  • Work closely with sensors and valve automation teams by manually assembling products
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Requires technical product knowledge and high levels of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems aptitude
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Perform quality control checks on all assemblies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Education

 

Associates Degree in Process Technology, Instrumentation or Electrical preferred from an accredited college or trade school.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 0-2 years’ experience in a related field preferred
  • Technical product background in Industrial Automation is a plus

Job Purpose

 

As a strategic member of a highly collaborative organization, the field service technician will be responsible for installing equipment and investigating and solving customer’s technical problems.

 

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

 

  • Assemble and test equipment
  • Install new equipment at customer’s facility and ensure full functionality
  • Familiar with equipment’s software
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Submit complete service reports for customer invoicing
  • Review performance reports from customer and inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine the nature and scope of the problem

 

Field Service Technician Qualifications:

 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, etc.
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of this job: stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, move up to 50 pounds, etc.

  • Develop proposals and quotes for company products
  • Work in a team environment to service customers and facilitate long-term customer retention and satisfaction
  • Able to work effectively in a high-volume customer interaction with technically-oriented products
