Employee Spotlight: Colleen Daley

In our new blog series, “Employee Spotlight”, you’ll meet BBP employees, learn about their background and roles, and discover what they like most about working at BBP. This month the spotlight is on Colleen Daley, an application engineer on the Sensors Team out of Baton Rouge. Colleen’s attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done have made her an essential member of the Sensors Team since joining BBP last May. What is your role at BBP? I work in the sensors department focusing on projects and bid packages.

How long have you been in the industry? 1 year

What do you enjoy most about your role? I enjoy working closely with customers on their big projects and collaborating with the other departments at BBP to create total solutions for them!

What makes you proud to work at BBP? Because we are a manufacturer’s rep, I’m able to work with many different companies in a variety of industries across the Southeast. It makes each day interesting!

What are 3 words to describe BBP? Customer-focused. Competitive. Friendly.

What is something that most people do not know about you? My very first job was picking mud-balls out of the gravel at my parent’s gravel pit.

What is your favorite quote? ¿Porque no los dos?

Motto or Personal Mantra: With coffee, I can do anything!

If I could do it all over again, I would: learn to love fruits and vegetables when I was younger!
