What is your role at BBP?
Inside Sales – At BBP, I work with our outside salesmen and handle all quotes and orders for our customers across the Southeast. My specialty is temperature, pressure and flow products.
How long have you worked at BBP?
What do you like most about your job?
Our products and our customers. Over the years, I have built long-lasting relationships and it’s nice to see that sometimes our customers don’t even think twice about choosing BBP as their manufacturer representative. You want your customers to be dependent on you. It’s a sense of a trust that takes relationships to the next level.
What is your favorite thing about BBP?
The close-knit environment at BBP. We’re like a family here.
What is something that most people do not know about you?
I am a professional organist. I have been playing since I was six years old.
What is your favorite quote?
BBP = Better Be Perfect is my motto. Everyone knows that it better be perfect because that’s what Tommy expects.
What advice do you have for prospective BBP employees?
Customer satisfaction. You must go above and beyond for your customers. When they call, they know the job is already done – and then it’s off their plate. It’s up to us to make their job easy.
