    A2 Long Range Node Series

    The SignalFire Remote Sensing System™ is a flexible, adaptive radio networking system that seamlessly integrates analog and digital sensors. A2 Long Range Node Series is self installing and self configuring. It also features up to a 3-mile range. All the installer has to do is set the check-in frequency using a simple rotary switch, record the radio address, and connect the sensor. This system compares very favorably, from a cost perspective, with installed conduit at distances of 100 feet or more.

    It is sensor independent and simple to install and maintain.  It offers a battery life up to 10 years, but depends on the type of sensor and reporting frequency.  This series automatically configures as a star or mesh network and has a rugged design that works best in outdoor environments.  It also includes an option for a solar power package.

    The Gateway Stick is a rugged and integrated device. It combines a 500mW radio with a high-gain antenna and electronics in a single, easily mounted package. It combats a common problem with radio frequency networks. These networks monitor and also control remote devices over tens or hundreds of square miles.     Pressure Scout

    The Pressure Scout is a Class 1 Division 1 Intrinsically safe system. This system powers integrated pressure sensor and radio for years with an internal battery. It features a rugged design for outdoor environments with an up to 1/2 mile range.

    Additional features include: ½” NPT Process connection standard, extremely low power and long battery life (up to 10 years or more), compact and simple to install and maintain, available in standard pressure ranges and pushbutton or remote zeroing. The data interface is wireless, and you can have up to 65,520 separate networks.

    The Pressure Scout also offers an optional field calibration display. Simply open the Scout cover and plug this display into the configuration port. The display will show the current pressure reading in PSI, Modbus Slave ID, battery voltage and more.

  • Signal Fire Sentinel


    The SignalFire Sentinel wireless node connects to sensors and creates a wireless link between the sensor and a Gateway. This wireless node is intrinsically safe (Class 1, Division 1) and can interface to sensors via a variety of interfaces – Analog (4-20mA/1-5V), Modbus, HART, and Digital Input. The Sentinel has a range of 1/2 mile and is part of the SignalFire mesh network bring wireless connectivity to the oil field. The Sentinel wireless node will power the sensor, take the data, and send the data (via the SignalFire wireless mesh network) to the Gateway where the data is available via a Modbus RTU or TCP interface. This product line is powered by internal lithium batteries. C1D1 solar power option is available for sensors requiring long warm-up times or if an always-on sensor is desired.   • Signal Fire Ranger Node

    SignalFire Ranger

    The SignalFire Ranger is an IoT (internet of things) cellular transmitter using the latest LTE CAT M1 technology for sensors and fully integrated with SignalFire’s cloud monitoring and alarming services. The Ranger has two (2) digital inputs, one (1) analog input and one (1) relay output. The digital inputs can detect on/off status or frequencies up to 2kHz. The analog input can be set to 1-5Vdc or 4-20mA and powered by the built-in battery pack. The relay output is a single pole double throw capable of loads up to 2A @ 30Vdc. 0.3A @110Vac or 0.5A @ 125Vac

  • Tilt Scout

    Tilt Scout

    The Tilt Scout is a wireless, solid state inclinometer and measures an angle from horizontal. You have the option to measure with two modes: Hatch detection and Pump Jack detection. The Hatch detection mode enables monitoring of the opening condition (closed, cracked open, opened) of a hatch for environmental/safety concerns. The Pump Jack detection mode detects and reports if it is operating or moving. Where there is a need to detect an angle from horizontal, the Tilt Scout can be applied.

    A 3 Axis Accelerometer constantly monitors the angle and reports it’s status.  When there is a change of state, the 3 Axis Accelerometer will report it.

    The Tilt Scout can be described as rugged and designed for outdoor environments. It also features a long battery life (greater than 5 years) and has up to a 1/2 miles range.

  • Wireless I/O Modules

    Wireless I/O Module

    The SignalFire Wireless I/O Module acts as a wire replacement that replicates analog, as well as digital signals, over a wireless link between a pair of Wireless I/O Modules. The Wireless I/O Module includes 4 analog inputs as well as 4 analog outputs. It also includes 2 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs. Other features include a powerful 300 mW radio with an antenna kit, wide range DC power input, status LEDs, etc. The operating temperature is -40ºC to 65ºC.

    For Point to Point I/O Mirroring Configuration, the analog/digital inputs on one module can be replicated on the other module (and vice versa). This is ideal for stand alone valve control or simple retrofit applications.

    The Standard SignalFire Remote Node Configuration operates as a remote node with a standard SignalFire Gateway.  All IO data is available at the Gateway as Modbus registers. Supports Modbus writes to control the analog and relay outputs. SignalFire node in a SignalFire network, providing longer-range as well as more sophisticated monitoring and control.
